Subject: Very Fine
Nice job on this recording. Thank you for your effort, the quality of your work, and your generosity in sharing. This is a fine spirited performance by a band who does not put on a bad show.

Quite literally one of a very small handful of most exciting bands on the circuit today. The word is getting out.

Great guys. Outstanding chops. Excellent song-craft. There's a lot going on all the time, but it's not "too busy". Can't wait for the new album in April. 420, taboot! Ha!

Well, if you listen to the end of the Instrumental. I got my shout out! Got to the show for free because of the Stringdusters on twitter. I was right in front of the boys dancing the whole time, it was my 2nd show. The other one was the last Mexicali show. Mark, you're a great friend, and a great taper too. Glad to know you, because you always come threw with these great recordings! This whole show was smokin, my favorite was Midnight Moonlight, great jams. Also, Well Well is just INSANE. Nothing like being right in front of the band for performances like this, great people, great music, and great times had by all!

On fire throughout. These guys are achieving Vulcan mind-meld tightness. Track #17 is the Bill Monroe tune "Wheel Hoss"

Subject: Amazing Show
The Travis vocal is an old John Hartford tune called Let Him Go On Mama from a record called Mark Twang.

Links to both this show and last year's Mexicali show are up in the Philzone. After listening to both, I think they are just a bit more locked in for this one, although you won't go wrong with either one.
